NCSU coach says Wolfpack have history of pulling upsets |
NC State head coach Dave Doeren said that the Wolfpack has a history of upsetting teams and will be looking to do it again against No. 3 Clemson on Thursday night.
"Anytime you play a great team, it will be a great gauge for our guys," Doeren said on Monday. "With our fans behind us, anything can happen. That’s the thing at N.C. State, we have a history of upsetting people. Our guys are excited to see what we can do. I just have to tell them that everybody says that they don’t have a chance. Everybody in our room knows that that we do. Look at what they did last year against Florida St. and the year before against Clemson."
